501(c)(3) Charitable Organization
Must Allocate 90% of Funds to Scholarships or Tuition Grants
25% of Annual Donations Can be Carried Over in Endowment
Scholarships/Grants Must be to Accredited Schools
Scholarships/Grants Must be to Students at More than One School
Scholarships/Grants Must be Joint Checks to Parents and School
Must Maintain Separate Accounts:
          Operating & Scholarship
Annual Notice Filed with DOE
Annual Audit by CPA
Annual Report to DOR Listing:
          Names of Donors
          Dollar Value of Donor's Contribution
          Dollar VAlue of Donor's Tax Credits
          Aggregate Total of Contributions & Tax Credits
Scholarship Grants Must Be:
          To "Eligible Students"
          Checks to Parents, Restrictive Endorsement to School
          Funds Deposited in School Account
Eligible Students:
          Georgia Resident
          Enrolled in Georgia Primary or Secondary Public School
          Eligible for Qualified Kindergarten or Pre-Kindergarten Program
